Reflection

i was so excited about making a playlist for my site that i kind of went a little too nuts on it. i go on my site just to listen to the music i have on my playlist sometimes, and i think there's a few songs in here that i didn't ever end up hearing. they're all good choices, though!
this month i've particularly enjoyed listening to brackish by kittie, saturdays by de la soul, and world turning by yothu yindi. brackish is a really, REALLY good metal song and i specifically really enjoy the very rough vocals that come in often. saturdays is a super fun song to dance and sing along to, and same goes for world turning!
i feel like this playlist showcases some of my variety in music tastes. but it could've been more carefully and thoughtfully put together. so i think i'd like to work on that a bit more.
i've decided to update my site's playlist monthly! it should be really fun. i used to love doing that on spotify, but i hate media subscription services and haven't used spotify in a very very long time. now i can just do it myself >:)
